Upcoming Wealth Manager events: Sept-Dec 2017

With that back to school feeling in full swing this week, our upcoming events for the rest of the year might just help you get top of the class.

The team have already kicked off with Citywire North in Harrogate with Libby Ashby and Dylan Lobo co-chairing and we are delighted to be hosting another nine Wealth Manager events this season.

With a mixture of returning events and brand new launches, there is something for everyone, and we look forward to seeing you over the coming months.

Emerging Markets Forum: 21 September – Bulgari Hotel, London 

A brand new half-day forum exploring the fascinating landscape of emerging markets and some of the investment opportunities that lie within. Join our thought provoking guest speaker Stephen Chan, professor of International Relations at SOAS.

Private Office Retreat: 28-29 September – Pennyhill Park, Surrey

Following the success of three forums for our private office audience, we are delighted to launch the inaugural Private Office Retreat. We will be delving deep into what the future looks like for this evolving space.

Wealth Manager Retreat: 12-13 October – The Grove, Hertfordshire

Our flagship event returns, welcoming over 100 delegates from across the UK. We will also be recognising the DFMs who have been delivering stellar investment returns for their clients with our Investment Performance Awards. Entries have now closed so keep an eye out for the winners next month.

Wealth Manager regional forums - Various 

Our regional forums are back. These half-day events give you a great investment update as we hear from some top fund management groups, alongside being an excellent networking opportunity. Dates as follows:

Passive Investment Retreat: 23-24 November – Four Seasons, Hampshire

Returning to the beautiful Four Seasons hotel, you may remember this event under its previous guise, the Smart Beta Retreat. In light of the rapidly changing passive landscape, the name has been updated and the concept has been expanded to include indexing innovations, alongside more traditional passive strategies.

Global New Ideas UK: 30 November – 1 December – Four Seasons, Hampshire

A fantastic event to round off the year, dedicated to new ideas yet to be brought to market. Have your say and get involved with the most up-to-date strategies as we head towards 2018 with a bang.
