The results are in. We asked advisers and wealth managers at our Next Generation conference this month a series of questions ranging from interest in ethical investing to how to attract younger talent. 

Interestingly, having a structured training programme was the most popular answer for how to bring on younger recruits, as was regulatory changes in answer to the question 'what is the biggest risk to the business you work in?'
