Exeter-based Cathedral Financial Management, which is celebrating its 25th year in business, is moving onto bigger and better things, with a relocation to the city’s cutting edge Science Park.

The firm will double its office space to 4,400ft2 with a move from its Exeter city centre headquarters to Eagle House, the iconic gateway building for the flagship Science Park.

The three-storey building was named best ‘Project up to 2000m2’ in southwest England, the Thames Valley and South Wales in the British Council for Offices regional property sector awards in 2015.

Cathedral director Tim Ames (pictured) said: ‘It is the major growth point in the Exeter area. We are taking the ground floor, a £200,000 investment on the refurbishment. We are 25 years old this year and we have a very strong brand in the local community.’

Ames said the firm’s reputation and discretionary capabilities meant the new office would allow for its continued expansion.
